Title IX
Title IX protects students and employees from sex discrimination, sexual harassment, and sexual misconduct in education programs that receive federal funding. When a school fails to respond appropriately — or when an institution’s own process leaves a person’s rights unenforced — those affected have the right to be heard. Mr. Math represents individuals whose Title IX rights have been violated — students and employees who have experienced sex discrimination or harassment — through the complaint and investigation process and in enforcing their rights, at both higher education and K-12 institutions statewide. The firm represents complainants only.
